Pricing

One membership. A shared allowance.
Help across your connected Realms.

Before the numbers, the model — because how it works matters more than what it costs.

The commercial model

Three things, kept separate.

🔑

Membership access

Your ongoing workspace: Sterling, the specialist agents, connected tools, saved roadmaps, and cross-session memory. This is what membership unlocks.

⚡

Included usage

A shared monthly allowance of Sterling Credits for AI-assisted work. One balance covers every agent and every connected Realm — applied automatically.

🏛️

Separate purchases

Standalone Realm subscriptions and human services (coaching, reviews, done-for-you work) are purchased separately. Connecting a Realm never double-charges what you already own.

What's included

Membership vs. separate access.

Connecting a Realm does not unlock its entire product. Here's the line:

MembershipSeparate access
Sterling coordination & chat✓—
Specialist agents (Mason, Atlas, Barnabas, Evera)✓—
Connected everyday tools✓—
Saved roadmaps & cross-session memory✓—
Monthly Sterling Credit allowance✓—
Standalone Realm subscriptions you already holdNot charged againKept as-is
New standalone Realm subscriptions—Purchased separately
Human services (coaching, reviews, done-for-you)—Purchased separately

Existing customers keep their paid benefits. Membership never charges you twice for what you already own.

How credits work

Sterling Credits, plainly explained.

The rules that govern every credit — designed so there are no surprises:

  1. Costs are shown before chargeable work begins. You'll see what an action will use before it runs — never after.
  2. Included benefits are applied first.Your membership allowance covers eligible work before anything else is touched.
  3. Related steps can bundle into one action. When Sterling chains related processing together, it's counted as the single action you approved.
  4. Failed work is refunded. If an operation fails, the reserved credits are released. Retries never double-charge.
  5. Reading and downloading are free.Reviewing your completed work, downloading it, or moving it between your tools never incurs a generation charge.
  6. The policy is the policy.Renewal timing, rollover rules, expiration, cancellation, and optional automatic top-ups will match the implemented policy exactly — published here before launch.

Questions

Asked often.

Do I need a separate Realm subscription? +
No — not to use LegacyRealm. Membership includes Sterling, all specialist agents, and eligible connections. Separate Realm subscriptions only matter if you want a Realm's standalone product beyond what membership covers, and existing subscriptions are never charged twice.
Can I use my existing account and benefits? +
Yes. If you already hold a standalone Realm subscription or benefit, it carries over. Connecting it to LegacyRealm doesn't create a second charge — your benefits are recognized, not re-sold.
Does voice use credits? +
Voice isn't functional in LegacyRealm yet, so there's no voice credit policy to publish. When voice launches, its credit treatment will be stated here before it goes live — consistent with the cost-preview rule above.
What happens when my allowance runs out? +
Chargeable work pauses — it never continues silently. You'll see exactly where you stand, and you can choose to top up (once approved) or wait for renewal. Reading, reviewing, and downloading your completed work always keeps working.
What happens to my work if I cancel? +
It stays yours. Completed work remains viewable and downloadable after cancellation. You lose the ongoing workspace — live agents, new generations, and cross-session coordination — but nothing you've already built disappears.
Can I start without taking the diagnostic? +
Absolutely. The diagnostic is optional and always will be. Start with any task or ambition — Sterling meets you where you are, and the diagnostic is there whenever you want deeper insight.
